Marketing Coordinator

Position in Watertown, MA

If you have experience in B2B high-tech Marketing, we have a position available on our Marketing team! This position allows you to utilize cutting edge marketing techniques to develop leads, build a pipeline and enhance our customer experience.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Marketing activities such as email, phone calls, website updates, social media posts, blog posts in conjunction with campaigns
  • Keyword searches and comparisons of competitor sites to improve the Search Engine Optimization of MicroCAD’s website
  • Coordination of Google Ad words account, creation of ads, editing existing ads and optimizing for better ROI
  • Create video content, snip-its of training courses or customer success stories for use in campaigns
  • Create landing pages and emails to support marketing campaigns inside HubSpot platform
  • Website updates as needed for events and promotions
  • Updates the Autodesk GEMS (event site) with our training and events, including post-event activity
  • Assist with event planning, pre-event tasks, day of event tasks and post-event tasks
  • Actively monitors emails and responds as appropriate
  • Works with off-site vendors as required in support of off-site training, team building events, event coordination, credits reporting for registered architects and engineers and printing/purchase of training materials
  • Assist in writing of software subscription renewal quotes, updating company documentation
  • Work with the Technical Specialists to gain product technical knowledge as well taking courses on Autodesk Learning Central to enhance knowledge of industry with the goal of being able to communicate product line features and benefits
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and customers to follow up on campaign responses, regarding products, training or services, or for event invitations and confirmations if needed

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor degree in Communications or Marketing Research or related degree required
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or related Inbound Marketing Systems preferred
  • Previous Work Experience with Google Analytics required
  • Understands the workflow between various members of the design team
  • Excellent oral, written communication skills
  • Superior presentation skills, time management and planning skills
  • Strong teamwork / relationship management skills
  • A vehicle is required
