Marketing Manager

Position in Watertown, MA

If you have experience in B2B high-tech Marketing, we have a position available on our Marketing team! This position is to promote the company’s products and services through effective marketing techniques. Report to the VP of Marketing and the Sr Marketing Manager in order to grow the company’s sales.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Company Website Updates and Maintenance, New Designs, act as liaison to vendor
Event Management – hosting live online webinars to our clients with our Technical Team to showcase products and solutions that we offer
Mange the complete process for Event Planning, Event Registration and Confirmation processes, Follow-up post-event activity
Work on digital marketing plan -Blogs, Social Media, Videos, Customer Success stories
Creation of Marketing Materials, newsletters, emails
Assisting the sales team with leads and tele-prospecting to find new leads
Tracking of each campaign results with the purpose of performing ROI analysis and recommendations
Promote registration to seminars/webcasts/workshops through telemarketing, social media posts and email blasts
Process and submit new leads and other documentation to sales team.
Event Management – hosting online webinars to our clients Identify and maintain contact with potential and existing customers as required
Manage lists and segment database for specific campaigns
Understand and support the company wide policies and procedures to provide excellent customer service to all customers
Process Maintain and update customer information in Zoho CRM with complete accuracy
Perform other related duties as assigned

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Experience: Prior marketing and sales experience required.

Bachelor degree in Communications or Marketing Research or related degree required
Knowledge of Hubspot or related Inbound Marketing Systems preferred
Previous Work Experience with Google Analytics required
Understands the workflow between various members of the design team
Excellent oral, written communication skills
Superior presentation skills, time management and planning skills
Strong teamwork / relationship management skills
A vehicle is required
