The AutoCAD 3D Modeling course introduces users who are proficient with the 2D commands in the AutoCAD software to the concepts and methods of 3D modeling. This course provides a thorough grounding in the fundamentals of 3D and explores the main features of the advanced 3D Modeling workspace in the AutoCAD software.

This course is intended for designers who would like to begin working with the 3D modeling tools and features in AutoCAD.

Prerequisites

Student should be familiar with creating and editing 2D objects in a recent version of AutoCAD, as well as have a working knowledge of a recent version of Microsoft Windows.

Students will get classroom access to the software and Autodesk Authorized Training courseware (these can be purchased in addition to the training) and the knowledge to get started with 3D tools in AutoCAD.
